Warranties
Subject to what is set out in this policy, unless indicated on the specific product, all of our products carry a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
Our Returns Policy
Although we (“TITAN 3D”) strive to supply the best quality products at the best prices, we must anticipate that a small percentage of the products will be defective (as with all major brands). To keep customers satisfied, we aim to make the returns process as efficient as possible.
Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of any products, as reflected in the relevant order, by Titan 3D) and shall, together with such order, upon the placement by the customer reflected in such order (the “Customer”) and acceptance of such order by Titan 3D, constitute the agreement between Titan 3D and the Customer (collectively the “Parties”, each a “Party”) in relation to such products (the “Agreement”).
